The purpose of this study were to find development and application of the protection learning in Intellectual Property program for elementary school students on The Intellectual Property Attitude development of elementary school student. For conducting development and application of the protection learning in Intellectual Property program, previous studies extract the elements of the protection of Intellectual Property that is suitable for elementary school students. For finding the Intellectual Property Attitude of elementary school student, we conducted a pre-test and post-test through field application process. we used SPSS22 for frequency analysis, the average, standard deviation, and t-test. The conclusions are as follows. First, The developed Intellectual Property program is suitable for elementary school students, and to be easily applied in the field to extracted the key elements of intellectual property protection education. Second, developed Intellectual Property program of the theme travel type rouse elementary school students’s interest. Third, The positive changes took place in the intellectual property attitude through this intellectual property protection program.

이 연구는 초등학생의 지식재산태도 함양을 위한 초등학생용 지식재산보호 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과를 확인하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 선행 연구 및 문헌 고찰을 통해 초등학교 학생에게 적합한 지식재산보호 내용요소를 추출하여 지식재산보호 교육프로그램을 개발하여 적용하였다. 개발 프로그램을 통하여 초등학생의 지식재산태도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 현장 적용과정에서 지식재산태도에 대한 사전 검사와 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22를 활용하였고, 빈도분석, 평균, 표준편차 및 t검증을 실시하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생을 위한 지식재산보호교육 프로그램은 지식재산보호의 핵심영역인 지식재산창출, 지식재산보호, 지식재산활용에 대하여 기초적이면서 전반적으로 이해를 넓힐 수 있는 교재로 타당하다. 둘째, 이 연구를 통해 개발된 프로그램은 초등학생들에게 테마여행 형식의 실천중심 활동이 학생들에게 지식재산보호교육 활동에 흥미를 일으키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개발된 지식재산 보호교육프로그램을 통하여 초등학생의 지식재산태도(지식재산 가치평가, 지식재산 흥미, 지식재산 행동경향)에 긍정적인 변화가 이루어졌다.
