This study aims to examine the effect of a portfolio education program on the career preparation behavior of female college students. The four-session program covered portfolio composition, development strategies, key principles for creating effective portfolios, and portfolio creation using Notion. The study surveyed 77 female students who successfully completed the program. The results showed significant changes in self-understanding behavior and occupational exploration behavior, while occupational skill enhancement behavior showed improvement but was not statistically significant. Additionally, an analysis of participant satisfaction revealed that many found the program helpful in objectively understanding themselves. This study highlights the significance of developing and implementing a portfolio education program that supports career preparation beyond the boundaries of online and offline environments, ultimately helping female university students enhance their career readiness.

본 연구의 목적은 여대생의 경력개발을 위한 포트폴리오 교육 프로그램이 진로준비행동에 미치는 효과를 밝히는데 있다. 프로그램 내용은 포트폴리오 구성 및 활용 사례, 포트폴리오 개발 전략, 좋은 포트폴리오 작성 원 칙과 Notion(노션) 기능을 활용한 포트폴리오 제작 방법을 포함하여 총 4차시로 개발 및 운영하였다. 연구 대상은 포트폴리오 교육 프로그램 최종 이수자 중 설문조사에 참여한 여대생 77명이며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로그램을 최종 이수하고 난 뒤, 여대생의 진로준비행동에 대한 전반적인 변화가 있는지를 살펴보기 위해 t검정 을 실시하였다. 진로준비행동의 3요소 중 자기이해행동과 직업세계탐색행동에 유의한 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났 다. 반면, 직업능력향상행동은 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 나타내지 않았다. 둘째, 포트폴리오 교육 프로그램에 대 한 만족도를 분석한 결과, 개방형 응답으로 자신을 객관적으로 이해하는데 도움이 되었다는 응답이 다수 제시되었 다. 본 연구는 온-오프라인 환경에 대한 경계를 넘어 효과적인 교육이 일어날 수 있는 포트폴리오 교육 프로그램 을 개발 및 운영하여 여대생들의 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 제공해 주기 위한 연구로서 의의가 있다.
