The purpose of this study is to design the contents of a customized training program for elementary school teachers to develop AI & digital competency required for the AI & digital era. For this, the group of experts was organized and two Delphi studies were conducted. First, this study obtained a validity of the customized AI & digital training program through teachers survey. In order to design the contents of the AI & digital training program, the first Delphi survey consisted of questions based on the topics of the training program, and the second Delphi survey consisted of questions based on the detailed contents of the training program. Also, each Delphi survey was divided into training programs by tasks and topics. The Delphi survey responses were analyzed through Lawshe's content validity ratio. Based on the results of the first Delphi survey, the questions were modified and supplemented by reflecting the opinions of the experts group. Afterwards, the second Delphi survey was conducted to obtain appropriate validity for the design of customized AI & digital training program contents for elementary school teachers.

본 연구는 AI·디지털 시대에 맞추어 초등교원에게 필요한 AI·디지털 역량을 기르기 위한 수요자 맞춤형 연수 프로그램의 내용을 설계하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전문가 집단을 구성하여 2차에 걸친 델파이 연구를 진행하 였다. 먼저, 교원 설문조사를 통해 맞춤형 AI·디지털 연수 운영 형태의 타당성을 확보하였다. 이후 연수 프로그램 내용 설계를 위해 1차 델파이 조사는 연수 세부 요소를 바탕으로 문항을 구성하였으며, 2차 델파이 조사는 연수 세부 내용을 바탕으로 문항을 구성하였다. 또한, 각 델파이 조사는 주제별, 직무별 연수 프로그램으로 나누어 진행 되었다. 설문 응답은 Lawshe의 내용 타당도를 통해 분석하였으며, 1차 설문 결과에 대해 전문가 집단의 의견을 반영하여 문항을 수정·보완하였으며, 이후 2차 델파이 조사를 시행하여 초등 교원의 AI·디지털 맞춤형 연수 내용 설계에 대해 연수 프로그램 설계에 대한 적절한 타당성을 얻을 수 있었다.
