The purpose of this study was to provide guidelines for improving learner satisfaction of blended learning courses in universities. Participated by 158 college students, this investigation had been done to answer the research questions for learner satisfaction of blended learning courses. The students had a high level of satisfaction for blended learning courses and participation themselves. They answered that learning achievements of online and classroom courses were alike. But they prefer blended learning courses to online or classroom courses. Also they like better synchronized lecture than asynchronized lecture in content delivery strategies. The higher computer application abilities are, the better e-learning courses are. So it is prior to apply computer application lecture for those who have a relatively low level of computer application abilities. Therefore, the blended learning courses and synchronized lecture-type strategy are necessary to be introduced into universities in order to improve learner satisfaction for blended learning courses.

본 연구의 목적은 대학에서 블랜디드 러닝 강좌의 만족도를 증진시키기 위하여 나아가야 할 올바른 방향을 제시하는 것이었다. 158명의 대학생을 대상으로 블랜디드 러닝 강좌에 대한 만족도를 조사한 결과, 학생들의 블랜디드 러닝 강좌에 대한 만족도는 높게 나타났으며, 학습자 스스로의 강좌 참여도에 있어서도 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 온라인과 교실수업의 학습효과는 둘다 비슷하다고 응답하였으며, 온라인 위주, 교실수업 위주가 아닌 블랜디드 러닝의 수업유형을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학생들은 온라인 수업시 컨텐츠 전달전략에 있어서 비실시간 보다는 실시간 강의전략을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학에서 블랜디드 러닝 강좌의 적극적인 활용이 필요하며, 만족도를 증진시키기 위해서는 온라인 수업시 실시간 강의전략을 적극적으로 도입할 필요가 있을 것이다. 한편 학생들의 컴퓨터 활용 능력이 높을수록 온라인 수업에 선호도가 높은 것으로 나타나 이러닝 강좌에 앞서 학생들의 컴퓨터 활용교육이 먼저 선행되어야 할 것을 제안한다.
