This study is a golf caddy work in recognition and experience of sexual harassment in the workplace to investigateSurvey report was to evaluate factors associated with sexual harassment, harassment based on this caddy for raisingawareness on how to deal aims to be .The basic survey data was collected through questionnaires submitted by 194caddies, both male and female, who are currently employed by a certain golf range located in the suburban areanear Busan. The frequency analysis through SPSS 20.0 program on the data identified percentile indicators of demographicsas well as sexual harassment, and the result showed that 91.2% of the survey respondents have experiencedat least one count of sexual harassment. By descriptive statistics analysis, the cognitive process of a caddiefollows the order of physical, verbal, and visual cues of sexual harassment, while the order of frequency of actualcounts of sexual harassment of each type is verbal, visual, and physical. According to the results of ANOVA analysis,the experience of sexual harassment is positively related to the properties of caddies such as older age, female,and longer work experience. Correlation analysis shows that there are correlation between the experience and thecognitive ability of sexual harassment, between the recognition of sexual harassment and self-esteem, and betweenself-esteem and self assertiveness. The results of this study suggests the need for wider awareness of sexual harassmentissue experienced by caddies and also for consistent education for prevention.

본 연구는 골프장에서 근무하는 캐디의 직장 내 성희롱에 대한 인식과 경험실태를 조사해 보고 캐디에 대한 성희롱과 관련된 요인을 알아보고 이를 바탕으로 캐디에 대한 성희롱의 대처방법에 대한 인식을 고취하는 데 그목적이 있다. 본 연구의 조사를 위해 부산과 경남에 소재하는 골프장들을 직접 방문하여 남, 여 캐디 194명을 대상으로 설문하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램으로 분석하였으며, 빈도분석을 통해 일반적인 특성과 성희롱 관련 특성을 백분율로 산출한 결과 91.2%가 성희롱을 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 기술통계분석 결과 캐디가 성희롱을 인식하는 순서는 신체적>언어적>시각적 순서로 인식하는 것으로 나타났으며, 성희롱 경험은 언어적>시각적>신체적 순으로 나타났다. ANOVA분석을 통해 일반적 특성에 따른 성희롱 경험은 나이가 많을수록, 여자, 근무경력이 많을수록 유의하게 나타났다. 상관분석에서는 성희롱 경험과 성희롱 인식, 성희롱 인식과 자아 존중감, 자아 존중감과 자기 주장성 간에 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 골프장의 캐디에 대한 성희롱을 예방하고 효율적인 대처를 위하여 캐디의 성희롱 문제에 대한 인식을 높이고, 고충처리기구와 제도적 장치의보완이 필요할 뿐 아니라 대상자의 눈높이에 적합한 실질적인 교육과 교육 전문가가 필요하다고 본다.
