The rapid development of generative AI necessitated a shift in the teaching-learning paradigm and the redesign of assessment methods in the field of education. As AI automates tasks such as summarization, problem-solving, and writing, traditional assessment methods along struggle to fully evaluate learners’ higher-order thinking skills. This study analyzed and systematized the practical utilization types of AI for instructors and learners, and explored the direction of instructional design and assessment premised on AI integration. As a methodology, literature analysis and domestic/international lesson example were investigated. The study classifies instructors’ practices into five stages, range from passive awareness to transformative redesign, and learners’ practices into three steges, from selective non-user to reflective user. Based on these finding, AI-integrated lesson plan was presented. This study, focusing on the instrotor-learner spectrum of Al utilization and the resulting lesson plans, aims to present significant implications in terms of educational policy and instructional design, including the practical concretization of the AIEd paradigm, the establishment of a process-oriented assessment system, and AI scaffolding strategies tailored to learner levels, along with policy implications across various contexts.

생성형 AI의 급속한 발전으로 인해 교육 분야에서도 교수·학습 패러다임의 변화와 평가 방식에 대한 재설 계가 필요하다. 특히 전통적인 평가 방식으로는 AI를 활용한 요약 및 문제풀이, 글쓰기 등의 자동화 기능을 융 합한 학습자의 고차원적 역량에 대해서는 온전한 평가하기 어려운 것이 사실이다. 본 연구는 이런 고차원적 역 량에 대해 접근하기 위해 교수자와 학습자의 AI 활용 실천 유형을 분석하여 체계화하고, AI 활용을 전제로 한 수업 설계 및 평가 방향에 대해 탐색하였다. 연구방법으로는 국내 수업 사례를 조사하였으며, 교수자의 AI 활 용 단계를 수동적 인식부터 혁신적 재설계까지 총 5단계로, 학습자의 AI 활용 단계는 선별적 비활용자부터 성 찰적 사용자까지 총 3단계로 분류하였다. 이를 토대로 교수자, 학습자 관점의 스팩트럼과 AI 활용 수업지도안 을 제안하였다. 또한 AIEd 패러다임의 실천적 구체화와 과정 중심의 평가 체계 구축, 그리고 학습자 수준별 AI 스캐폴딩 전략 등 교육정책 및 교수설계 측면의 시사점과 정책적 함의를 다양한 맥락으로 제시하고자 하였다.
