This study is a descriptive research aimed at identifying the factors influencing the class achievement of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) education classes among elementary, middle, and high school teachers, categorized into teacher, instructor, and course factors. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0, including descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that the instructor's teaching style (β=.224, p=.009), the quality of educational material (β=.234, p<.001), and learning time (β=.413, p<.001) were the main factors influencing class achievement, with these factors explaining 78.8% of the variance. Based on these findings, additional training and education are necessary to enhance the competencies of teachers and instructors for the improvement and effective implementation of CPR education programs. Furthermore, continuous policy support should be provided to strengthen the emergency response systems within schools.

본 연구는 초·중·고등학교 교사를 대상으로 심폐소생술(CPR) 교육 수업의 성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인 을 교사 요인, 강사 요인, 과정 요인으로 구분하여 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 기술 통계, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s 상관분석 및 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 강사의 교육 방식(β=.224, p=.009), 교육 자료의 질(β=.234, p<.001), 학습 시간(β=.413, p<.001)은 성취도와 관련이 있었다. 이러한 요인은 심폐소생술 교육의 효과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 요인의 설명력은 78.8%였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 심폐소생 술 교육 프로그램의 질적 향상과 효과적인 실행을 위해서는 교사와 강사의 역량을 강화하기 위한 추가적 인 교육과 훈련이 필요하다. 또한, 학교 내 응급 대응 체계를 강화하기 위한 정책적 지원도 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.
