This study aimed to explore factors associated with presenteeism in the Korean older workers who participated in the senior employment program. Study participants included 2,103 older workers in Senior Employment and Social Activity Support Program(SESAP) in 2022. Descriptive analysis, independent t-test, Chi-square test, and logistic regression analysis were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0. Logistic regression analysis revealed that subjective economic status, result quality, subjective health status, and subjective psychological status were significant predictors of presenteeism. This study identified predictive factors of presenteeism in older workers who participated in the senior employment program. Therefore, in order to manage the presenteeism of older workers participating in the senior employment program, active support policies that manage economic status, result quality, subjective physical and mental health status are needed.

본 연구는 노인일자리사업에 참여한 한국 고령 근로자의 프리젠티즘에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 시행하였 다. 연구의 대상자는 2022년 노인일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업 참여자 총 2,103명이다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t-test, 카이제곱 검정 및 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 주 관적 경제상태, 결과품질, 주관적 건강상태, 주관적 심리상태는 프리젠티즘에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연 구는 노인일자리사업에 참여한 고령 근로자의 프리젠티즘 예측 인자를 확인할 수 있는 근거를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 노인일 자리사업에 참여한 고령 근로자의 프리젠티즘을 관리하기 위해서는 경제상태, 결과품질, 주관적 신체･정신적 건강상태를 관 리하는 적극적인 지원 정책이 필요하다.
