[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between service quality, satisfaction with use, and revisit intention of golf courses with dogs. [Method] To this end, a survey was conducted by setting up a population of golf course users with experience using a dog companion golf course. The recovered questionnaire used SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 21.0 to conduct frequency, reliability, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis. Through the above research method, the following conclusions were obtained. [Result] First, it was found that the service quality factors of the dog golf course had a positive effect on the satisfaction of use. Second, it was found that the service quality factors of the golf course with dogs had a positive effect on the intention to revisit. Third, it was found that satisfaction with use had a positive effect on the intention to revisit. [Conclusion] Therefore, if a rounding service specialized in a professional and systematic golf course environment for dogs is developed, the use of golf courses by golfers raising dogs is expected to increase.

[목적] 본 연구는 반려견동반 골프장의 서비스품질, 이용만족 및 재방문의도의 관계를 규명하고자 하는데 목적이 있 다. [방법] 이를 위하여 반려견동반골프장을 이용한 경험이 있는 골프장 이용객으로 모집단을 설정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수된 설문지는 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 21.0을 이용하여 빈도, 신뢰도, 상관관계분석, 확인적 요인분석,구조 방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 연구 방법을 거쳐 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. [결과] 첫째, 반려견동반골프장 의 서비스품질요인이 이용만족에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 반려견동반 골프장의 서비스품질요인이 재방문의도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이용만족이 재방문의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나 타났다. [결론] 따라서 반려견을 대상으로 하는 전문적이고도 체계적인 골프장 환경에 특화가 된 반려견동반 라운딩 서비스를 개발한다면 반려견을 양육하고 있는 골퍼들의 골프장 이용이 증가할 것으로 판단된다.
