The purpose of this study is to establish the basis for the implementation of comparative literature education to develop communication abilities in East Asia. To this end, first, the contents and key words necessary for the establishment of comparative literature education in East Asia were extracted from previous studies. Second, in the Korean language curriculum (literature), contents related to communication abilities that can act as a core when conducting comparative literature education were extracted and analyzed. Through this, it was suggested that it is necessary to expand the meaning of communication competency to a higher concept of communication and use it as a goal of comparative literature education. Based on these work, three achievement criteria for the Korean language subject curriculum (literature) were set, and comparative literature education contents were selected as 13 learning goals at the bottom, and four points to note when selecting educational texts were also presented. This opened the design of comparative literature education to develop communication abilities in East Asia.

이 연구는 동아시아 내 의사소통 역량 계발을 위한 비교 문학 교육 실행의 토대를 구 축하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 선행연구들에서 동아시아 내 비교 문학 교 육의 정립에 필요한 내용과 핵심어들을 추출하였다. 둘째, 국어과 교육과정(문학)에서 비교 문학 교육을 수행할 때 핵심으로 작용할 수 있는 의사소통 역량 관련 내용을 추출 하고 분석하였다. 이를 통해 의사소통 역량의 의미를 상위의 소통 개념으로 확대하여 비교 문학 교육의 목표로 활용하는 것이 필요함을 제시하였다. 이러한 작업을 바탕으 로 국어과 교육과정(문학)의 3가지 성취 기준 하위에 13개의 학습 목표로 비교 문학 교 육 내용을 선정하였고, 교육 텍스트 선정 시 유의할 점도 4가지 제시하였다. 이는 동아 시아 내 의사소통 역량 계발을 위한 비교 문학 교육 설계의 단초가 될 것이다.
