[Purpose] This study was conducted with the aim of providing basic data for efficient human resource management of golf courses by confirming the structural relationship between job stress recovery experience, innovation behavior, job enthusiasm, and job performance of golf course employees. [Method] To this end, a month-long survey of 350 golf course employees working at six golf courses in Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do was conducted in July 2022 and the following results were obtained using the effective sample of 321 copies. [Results] First, it was found that the job stress recovery experience of golf course employees had a positive effect on innovation behavior. Second, it was found that the job stress recovery experience of golf course employees had a positive effect on job enthusiasm. Third, it was found that the innovation behavior of golf course employees had a positive effect on the job enthusiasm. Fourth, it was found that the innovation behavior of golf course employees had a positive effect on job performance. Fifth, it was found that the job enthusiasm of golf course employees had a positive effect on job performance. [Conclusion] In order to efficiently operate the golf course, it is essential to prevent the departure of skilled workers, and it is necessary to introduce various management policies that can reduce the job stress of employees.

[목적] 이 연구는 골프장 직원의 직무스트레스 회복경험, 혁신행동, 직무열의 및 직무성과의 구조적 관계를 확인하여 골프장의 효율적인 인적자원관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. [방법] 이를 위해 경기 및 강원지역 골프장 6개소에 근무하고 있는 골프장 직원 350명을 대상으로 2022년 7월 한달간 설문조사를 실시 하여 최종 321부의 유효표본을 활용하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. [결과] 첫째, 골프장 직원의 직무스트레스 회복경험 은 혁신행동에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프장 직원의 직무스트레스 회복경험은 직무열의에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프장직원의 혁신행동의 직무열의에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 골프장 직원의 혁신행동은 직무성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 골프장 직원의 직무열의 는 직무성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 골프장의 효율적인 운영을 위해서는 숙련된 종사자들의 이탈방지가 필수적이며, 이들의 이탈을 방지하기 위해서는 직원들의 직무스트레스를 감소시켜줄수 있도록 하는 다 양한 경영방침의 도입이 필요할 것이라 생각된다.
