The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among class service quality, lecture satisfaction, and academic achievement through blended learning classes in the arts and sports. From November 15th to December 14th, 2022, a survey was conducted targeting 171 students in the arts and sports at the Chungnam and Jeonnam campuses of S University. For data processing, SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 were used to analyze the following data. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The result is: First, result quality, physical quality, and interaction quality had a significant effect on lecture satisfaction. Second, result quality, physical quality, and interaction quality had a significant effect on academic achievement. Third, lecture satisfaction had a significant effect on academic achievement. To summarize the contents, schools and instructors should prepare an educational environment that utilizes the strength of blended learning. Efforts are needed to improve the weaknesses of blended learning and to ensure smooth communication between professors and students.

이 연구의 목적은 예체능계열의 블렌디드 러닝 수업을 통한 교육서비스품질과 강의만족도 및 학업성취도와의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 2022년 11월 15일~12월 14일까지 한 달간 S대학교의 충남·전남권 캠퍼스에 재학 중인 예체 능계열 171명 학생들을 대상으로 설문을 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0을 활용하여 다음과 같은 자료를 분석하였다. 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 결과품질, 물리적품질, 상호작용품질은 강의만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 결과품 질, 물리적품질, 상호작용품질은 학업성취도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 강의만족도는 학업성취도 에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 내용을 종합하면, 학교와 교수자는 블렌디드 러닝의 장점을 활용한 교육 환경 을 마련하고 단점을 개선하여 교수와 학생 사이에 원활한 의사소통이 이루어지도록 노력이 필요하다.
