The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of Korean dance education for the evolution as Hallyu cultural contents. So I explored the characteristics of excellent cases and future development strategies in Korea . For this, in-depth interview were conducted with two professors. First, the characteristics of excellent cases are as follows. At the educational goals 'cultural literacy', at the educational content 'multifaceted experience of Korean dance', at the teaching methods 'verbal/non-verbal, inside/outside crossing the class', and at the instructors 'culture guide through communication' were derived. Second, the development plans for Korean dance education as Hallyu cultural contents are as follows. At the national level 'collaborative network formation', at the regional level 'resolving regional educational differences', at the institutional level 'systematic curriculum preparation', and at the human level 'professional teacher training' were derived. Based on this, I propose ‘research of program development and implementation’, and ‘selection of government agencies and expansion of projects’.

본 연구는 한류문화콘텐츠로서의 진화를 위한 한국무용교육의 방향성을 모색하는데 궁극적 목적이 있으며, 이 를 위해 국내의 우수교육사례의 특성을 탐색하고, 향후 발전방안을 도출하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 국내우수교수자 2명을 대상으로 사전면담조사와 심층면담을 시행하였다. 첫째, 국내우수사례의 특성은 다음과 같다. 교육목표적 차원에서 ‘문화적 리터러시’, 교육내용적 측면에서 ‘한국무용의 입체적 체험’, 교수방법적 측면 에서 ‘언어·비언어, 수업 내·외의 넘나듦’, 교수자 측면에서 ‘소통을 통한 문화안내자’의 특징을 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 향후 한국무용교육을 위한 발전방안은 다음과 같다. 국가적 차원에서 ‘협력적 네트워크 형성’, 지역적 차원에서 ‘지역적 교육편차 해결’, 기관적 차원에서 ‘체계적 커리큘럼 마련’, 인적 차원에서 ‘전문적 교수 인력 양성’이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 한류문화콘텐츠로서의 한국무용교육을 위한 ‘프로그램 개발 및 실행 연구’, ‘정부차원의 주관기관 선정과 사업의 확대’를 제안한다.
