실습생들은 실습록 과제의 비효율적인 운영방식을 개선해 줄 것을 요구하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the satisfaction of preservice teachers with teaching practicum and to provide practical and specific field situation to improve and to design practice programs in teacher training institutions. For this purpose, the factors affecting the satisfaction were deduced from 321 preservice teachers who completed the teaching practicum, and the influence of each factor and the needs of the sub-factors were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, four factors affecting the satisfaction of teaching practicum were identified in the order of highest satisfaction: 'practice content(β=.240)', 'practice management technical support(β=.228)', 'guide and training(β=.198)', and 'online communication(β=.386)'. Second, the need for an alarm function was raised for the ‘online communication(t=8.197)’ factor that gave the strongest influence and showed the lowest satisfaction. Third, 'practice content', the highest satisfaction factor, increased satisfaction by 'teaching' and 'Cooperating Teacher's feedback', which are sub-factors, and the biggest reason was that it helped improve skills. Finally, the trainees demanded that the inefficient operation method of the practice book assignment should be improved.

이 연구의 목적은 교육실습에 대한 실습생들의 만족도를 분석함으로써 교사양성교육기관의 교육실습 프로 그램 개선 및 설계에 실제적이고 구체적인 현장 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 교육실습을 경험한 실습생 321명의 설문을 분석하여 실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고 각 요인별 영향력과 세부항목에 대한 요구분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째 실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 ‘온라인 의사소통(β=.386)’, ‘실습관리 기술지원(β=.228)’, ‘실습내용(β=.240)’, ‘안내 및 연수(β=.198)’의 4가지로 확인되었다. 둘째, 가장 강한 영향력을 주면서 가장 낮은 만족도를 나타낸 ‘온라인 의사소통(t=8.197)’ 요인과 관련하여 알 람 기능의 필요성이 제기 되었다. 셋째, 가장 높은 만족요인인 ‘실습내용’은 세부항목 중 ‘수업지도실습’ 과 ‘교사의 피드백’에 의해 만족도를 높였으며 실력 향상에 도움이 되었다는 판단이 가장 많았다. 마지막으 로 실습생들은 실습록 과제의 비효율적인 운영방식을 개선해 줄 것을 요구하였다.
