Recently, various studies on service design have been conducted, but research on cultural tourism resources is insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to study the elements of servicescape, focusing on service design in cultural tourism resources. For the study, based on Bitner's research, 'Haemieupseong' is an evaluation criterion for each of the five items 'accessibility', 'esthetics', 'convenience', 'stability', and 'service', which are analysis criteria that apply a servicescape. Applied to and analyzed. In the follow-up study, another cultural and tourism resource designated as a cultural property will be analyzed by applying a servicescape. In this study, strengths and problems were analyzed through analysis of cultural properties and reference points. In addition, the necessity and efficient application of design elements for cultural tourism resources were emphasized. This study is significant as the first case of applying the servicescape concept to cultural tourism resources. As a follow-up study, we will continue to conduct various studies on the necessity of servicescape through detailed research on cultural tourism resources and user contact points and application to other cultural tourism resources.

최근 서비스디자인에 대한 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있지만, 문화관광자원에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 문화관광자원에 서비스디자인을 중심으로 서비스스케이프의 요소들을 중심으로 연구하고자한다. 이를 위하여 Bitner의 연구를 바탕으로 서비스스케이프를 적용한 분석기준인 5개 항목인 ‘접근성’, ‘심미성’, ‘편리성’, ‘안정성’, ‘서비스’의 평가 구분을 마련하여 ‘해미읍성’에 적용하여 분석하였으며, 향후 후속연구에서도 문화재로 지정 된 또 다른 문화관광자원에 대하여 서비스스케이프를 적용하여 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 문화재에 대한 분석 및 기준점을 통해 장점과 문제점을 분석하였으며 이를 통해 다음과 같은 논의점을 도출하였다. 문화관광 자원에 대 한 디자인적 요소의 정확한 적용 및 접근이 있어야 하며, 문화재의 물리적 환경 요소와 현실에 대한 적용, 그리고 스 마트 정보에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구를 통하여 문화관광자원에 대한 신중한 디자인적인 요소에 대한 접근의 필요성과 효율적인 적용이 강조되었다고 할 수 있으며, 문화관광자원에 대한 서비스스케이프 개념을 적용한 첫 번째 사례로서 의의가 있다. 향후 후속연구로 문화관광자원과 사용자 접점에 관한 세밀한 연구와 다른 문화관광자원에 대 한 적용을 통하여 서비스스케이프의 필요성에 관하여 다각도의 연구를 지속적으로 진행하고자 한다.
