2020년대 북한 교육의 개편은 북한 사회의 중요한 이정표를 던져 줄 것이다. 그 때에도 지금처럼 북한은 백두산 영웅 3대째 통치를 유지하고 있을 것이다. 이러한 과정에서 북 한 김정은에 대한 북한 주민들의 신뢰는 계속 얻을 것인가? 는 의문이다. 그러나 지금의 신뢰성을 강화하기 위해 북한 교육은 정치 사상교육과 더불어 과학 교육과 다양한 창의 적 교육 방법을 계속 강구할 것이다. 이러한 과정은 분명 객관적인 세계 추세에 따른 북한의 상황을 스스로에게 드러내는 효과를 보일 것이다. 북한 주민들은 당이나 김정은 에 대한 신뢰에 있어서 의미 있는 변화는 있지만 현재적 상황의 지지와 관심을 계속 진행할 것으로 보인다. 그럼에도 현재와 같은 정치 사상교육 중심의 입장은 변화될 수 밖에 없을 것이다. 전반적으로 북한 교육의 전반적인 변화가 이루어질 것으로 예상된 다. 그렇기에 북한 교육 당국은 교육적 과제를 풀고 국제적 추세를 받아드리면서 새로 운 창의적 교육적 페러다임이 조성될 것으로 보인다. 그 과정에서 지금보다는 느슨한 정치사상 교육의 강도가 이어질 것이고, 이를 통해 사회주의 자본시장을 중시하는 교 육적 환경이 조성될 것으로 보인다.
