School education requires consideration of whether it provides suitable education considering the characteristics of the current generation. As digital natives who show distinct characteristics from the analog generation, a paradigm shift in school education for Generation Z is needed. In terms of unification education, the following points should be considered when considering the characteristics of Generation Z. 1) It is an open view of the unification and nation. 2) It is a learner-centered learning. 3) The education environment based on media technology is established. Especially, games have amazing motivation. In this respect, gamification includes the main elements of Generation Z preferences and learning motivations. Gamification takes a pragmatic approach to improve learner motivation. Therefore, unification education using gamification to induce learning motivation of Generation Z and immersion of learners can be suggested as a methodology of moral education curriculum. The three factors that make up a game - goals, competitions and interactions - can be adopted and applied.

학교 교육은 현재 세대의 특성을 고려하여 적절한 교육을 제공하는지 여부를 고려해야 한다. 아날로그 세대와 차별화된 특성을 보이는디지털원주민 Z세대를 위한 학교교육의 패러다임 전환이 필요하다. 통일교육 측면에서 Z세대의 특성을 고려할 때 다음 사항을 고려할 수있다. 1) 통일과 국가에 대한 열린 시각, 2) 학습자 특성고려의 교육전략, 3) 미디어 기술 기반, 미디어리터러시 활용 교육환경 구축이다. 특히 게임은 놀라운 동기 부여 효과를 갖기에 게이미피케이션은 Z세대의 학습 동기 향상에 큰 의미가 있다. 따라서 Z세대의 학습 동기와몰입을 유도하기 위해 게이미피케이션을 사용한 통일교육을 제안할 수있다. 게임을 구성하는 세 가지 요소인 목표, 경쟁, 상호작용을 채택하고 적용할 수 있다.
