Now, our society is spending a lot of time preparing university students for employment because of the economic recession for a long time, and the time is getting faster. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for prevention and reduction of employment preparation behavior(EPB) and employment anxiety(EA) according to grade by comparing grade – based EPB and EA among nursing students. Data collection was conducted from October to November, 2016 in 304 students from 2 and 3 grades in G area. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program using, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA and structured self-report questionnaires were used. Results of this study, the EPB of the students were significantly higher in the third grade than in the second grade, and EPB among the sub-factors of preliminary EPB were significantly higher. EA was also significantly higher in the third grade than in the third grade in both the cause of induction, the cause of the inducement, and the psychological and physical condition, which are sub-factors of EA. There was a significant difference in the preparatory behaviors according to general characteristics between the employment preparation and the number of use of the employment information center in the second grade and the number of use of the employment information center and job preparation assistance in the third grade. Whereas there was no significant difference in EA according to general characteristics. In conclusion, Research should be conducted to identify job-related differences in all grades as the grade increases, there is a difference between EPB and EA, diversification of employment preparation, and employment preparation time is getting faster. Therefore, it is necessary to follow-up research to strengthen the employment capacity and to develop and apply recurrent research and employment programs for the guidance of tailored employment for each grade level. It also suggests a multidisciplinary study that identifies factors that affect employment preparation.

지금 우리사회는 장기간 경기불황으로 취업문제가 부각되면서 대학생들이 취업준비에 많은 시간을 할애하고 있고, 그 시기가 빨라지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 간호대학생의 학년별 취업준비행동과 취업 불안을 비교하여 학년에 맞는 취업준비프로그램 개발과 취업불안을 예방 또는 감소시키는데 그 기초자 료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 자료 수집은 G지역 간호대학교 2학년과 3학년에 재학 중인 304명을 대 상으로 2016년 10월에서 11월까지 실시하였고, 구조화된 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하였다. 수집된 자 료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 통하여 실수와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생의 취업준비행동은 3학년이 2학년보다 유의하게 높았고, 취업준비행동 하위요인 중 예비적 취업준비행동이 유의하게 높았다. 취업불안 역시 3학년이 유의하게 높았고, 취업불안 하위요 인인 유발상황과 유발원인, 심리적ㆍ신체적 상태 모두에서 3학년이 높았다. 일반적 특성에 따른 취업준 비행동은 2학년의 경우 취업준비와 교내 취업정보센터 이용횟수, 3학년은 취업준비와 취업을 생각시기, 교내 취업정보센터 이용횟수와 취업준비도움에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 반면 일반적 특성에 따른 취 업불안은 학년별 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로 학년이 올라감에 따라 취업준비행동과 취업불안에 차이가 있고, 취업준비 행동이 다양화되고 취업준비 시기가 빨라지고 있으므로 전 학년을 대상으로 취 업관련 차이를 파악하는 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 따라서 취업역량을 강화시키고 학년별 맞춤형 취업지도를 위한 반복적인 조사와 취업프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하는 후속연구가 필요하다. 또한 취업불안에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인하는 다각적인 연구를 제언한다.
