The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of social worker 's experienced compassion on positive work-related identity in social welfare facilities, and second, to examine the effect of the positive work-related identity formed through compassion on affective commitment and organization identification respectively. Third, the purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of positive work-related identity in the relationship between compassion and affective commitment, and the relationship between compassion and organizational identification. As a result of this study, it was proved that the compassion experienced by social workers had a positive effect on positive work-related identity, and positive work-related identity had positive affect on affective commitment and organizational identification . The mediating effect of positive work-related identity in relation to compassion, affective commitment, and organizational identification was also proved to be significant.

본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 사회복지 시설 내에서 사회복지사들이 경험하는 컴페션이 긍정적 업무관련정체성에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이고, 둘째는 컴페션을 통하여 형성한 긍정적 업무관련정체성이 정서적 몰입과 조직 동일시에 미치는 영향을 각각 실증하는 것이다. 셋째, 본 연구의 목적은 컴페션과 정서적 몰입, 그리고 조직 동일시의 관계에서 긍정적 업무관련정체성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구 결과 사회복지사들이 경험하는 컴페션이 긍정적 업무관련정체성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 실증되었고, 긍정적 업무관련정체성이 정서적 몰입과 조직 동일시에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 컴페션과 정서적 몰입, 그리고 조직 동일시의 관계에서 긍정적 업무관련정체성의 매개효과 역시 각각 유의한 것으로 실증되었다.
