The most critical emergency within our education is the fact that there are no alternatives provided for ecological crisis which can occur in no time and system of our education is contributing to intensify such crisis. Therefore, new educational reform through conversion of paradigm should put efforts on recovering ecological network and prepare a clear and cognitive practice for 'ecological limitation'. Hence, this study is oriented to content research for working out educational ideals which can provide an ecological turn. In particular, the purpose of this study is to realize an ecological practice through literary education which is a subsystem of Korean language education. This study realized an ecological literary education measure through the concepts of 'sympathy' and 'consideration'. 'Sympathy' is an ability to think at a mutual position and understand others' emotion. In other words, 'sympathy' is a procedure which starts from one's own identity and communing with 'alterity'. First, in the chapter of literary education, concrete text enables one to determine the concept of 'sympathy' and if such process can be presented clearly, the learner can mediate further reading activity through the order of experiential text. Second, if the principle of 'sympathy' can be organized and experienced by the learner, consideration towards alterity can be realized. Third, the most basic concept for accepting and realizing extensive and collaborative cultural theory called interculturality is the ecological consideration. The principle of 'sympathy' and 'interculturality' which is to respect and 'consider' others was represented by looking into Hahwoe mask dance drama. Through such process, the necessity for considering attitude based on 'sympathy' of literary education was discussed through the concepts of 'Agencement' of Deleuze and Guattari.

우리교육의 가장 큰 위기는 전반적으로 목전에 와 있는 생태위기에 대해 그 어떤 대안도 내놓고 있지 않다는 사실 자체이고 이러한 위기를 심화시키는 데 교육의 체계가 기여하고 있다는 사실이다. 그렇기 에 패러다임의 전환을 통한 새로운 교육개혁의 이념은 생태적 관계망에 대한 복원을 시도하고 ‘생태적 한계’에 대한 분명한 인식적 실천을 마련하여야 한다. 이에 이 연구는 생태적 전환을 이루기 위한 교육 이념을 산출하기 위한 내용 연구를 지향한다. 구체적으로 교과학인 국어교육의 하위 체계인 문학교육 을 통해 생태적 실천 방안을 구안하는 것이 목적이다. 이 연구에서는 ‘공감’과 ‘배려’의 원리를 통해 생태적인 문학교육 방법을 구안해보았다. ‘공감(sympathy)’이란 다른 사람의 입장에서 생각하고 그 사람의 감정을 이해하는 능력이다. 즉 ‘공감’ 이란 자기 자신에 대한 정체성에서 출발하여 ‘타자성’과 교감하는 과정이다. 문학교육의 장에서 첫째, 구체적인 텍스트를 통해 ‘공감’이라는 개념이 확정되고, 그 과정이 일목요연하게 드러날 수 있다면 학 습자는 경험적인 텍스트의 질서를 통해 이후의 독서활동에 매개할 수 있다. 둘째, ‘공감’의 원리를 학습 자가 조직하고 체험할 수 있다면 타자성에 대한 배려를 실천할 수 있다. 셋째, 상호문화성이라는 확장 적이고 융합적인 문화이론을 수용하고 실천하는 가장 기본이 되는 것이 ‘공감’을 바탕으로 하는 생태적 인 배려다. 그리고 ‘공감’의 원리와 상대방을 존중하고 ‘배려’하는 ‘상호문화성’을 하회탈춤을 통해 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 문학교육은 ‘공감’을 바탕으로 하는 배려적 태도를 지향해야 함을 들뢰즈와 가타리의 ‘아장스망’의 개념을 통해 논의했다.
