The purpose of this research is to harmoniously reconcile body and mind of mothers with holistic eurhythmics music prenatal education to help healthy and effective childbirth and improve physicaland mental health of mothers and babies. It also proposes methods of music prenatal education that gives good influence to the babies. To test the effect of the methods of holistic Eurhythmics music education on relieving physical anxiety and mental depression and anxiety, measurement tool of mothers before and after experiencing eurhythmics was designed. The results showed that the mothers’physical anxiety declined from 2.28 to 1.95 after experiencing eurhythmics. (p<.001) The degree of depression of the mothers decreased from 2.41 to 2.32, and their anxiety decreased from 2.21 to 2.11 after experiencing eurhythmics. This shows that eurhythmics, which lets mothers to holistically experience music with physical movements, gives good influence to the mothers. Short term experience can reduce physical anxiety of mothers; however psychological change such as depression or anxiety requires long term experience.

이 연구는 출산 준비를 앞 둔 임산부들에게 홀리스틱 유리드믹스 음악교육으로 정신과 육체를 조화롭게 일치시켜서, 삶을 풍요롭게 하며, 건강하고 효과적인 출산을 도모하고, 산모와 태아의 육체와 정신적 건강 증진을 돕기 위한 연구를 목적으로 하고 있다. 홀리스틱 유리드믹스 음악교육 방법이 “산모의 신체적 불안감, 정신적 우울과 불안을 완화시킬 것이다.”라는 연구 문제로 산모에게 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위함이다. 실험 연구로 유리드믹스를 체험한 임산부들의 사전 사후의 측정도구를 설계 하였다. 결과는 유리드믹스 체험 전⋅후 임산부의 신체적 불편감 정도 차이와 임산부의 우울증도 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 홀리스틱 접근에서 신체의 움직임으로 음악을 체험하는 유리드믹스가 산모의 신체에 좋은 영향력을 미친다는 결과가 나타났으며, 산모의 우울증과 불안과 같은 심리적 변화는 장기 체험이 필요하다는 결과도 알 수 있었다.
