This study attempted to confirm on teacher’s communication patterns of ego-state and life position by means of transactional analysis check list and OK-gram. First, it indicated the positive and negative life position on previous experience of teachers by the themselves
diagnostication type. Second, it detected the ego-state through ECL.
Third, it extracted the teacher’s communication skill of examining correlation in ego-state and life position. According to this study, there is preference patterns in time communication interchange through having an direct to the other persons. Hence it reaffirmed the needs for education and
learning teacher’s training program in order to improve communication interchange skill.
I hope that this research will to be base in the quantitative preceding research data. Furthermore study on developing teacher’s interpersonal communication skills, we will consider on extracting the primary interruption factors and context variable factors, drawing the dynamic relationship of teacher’s concern groups(learner·senior, junior, colleague partners·parents etc.).

실질적인 의사소통에서 대화를 나누는 사람들은 자신의 의미전달을 편견 없이 바르게 이해해 주었으면 하는 바람과는 상반적으로 자신의 기준틀에 의해 상대방이 전달하는 의미를 창조·이해·오해·수용·거부·수정 등의 다양한 형태로 반응하면서 소통의 오류가 발생한다. 교사는 이러한 의사소통의 오류를 최소화하며 의미있는 타인과의 원활한 관계유지를 위해 자신은 물론 상대방의 자아상태를 확인·이해하고 이에 따른 상호 상생방향으로의 상보적 교류가 이루어질 수 있도록 대인 의사소통 능력을 함양 할 수 있어야 한다.
본 연구는 대인 의사소통 능력 향상을 위한 교사화법교육 프로그램개발을 위해 선행되는 분석 및 설계단계의 연구자료 제공을 목적으로, 기본적인 인생태도와 자아상태 간의 상관관계를 알아봄으로서 교사들의 대인간 의사교류유형을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 인간행동에 대한 이해체계이자 성격이론으로 대인관계의 개선방법에 유용한 자료로 활용되고 있는 Berne의 교류분석ECL를 활용하여 교사들의 대인 의사교류 패턴을 알아보았다.
둘째, OK-gram을 통해 교사들의 인생전반에 대한 긍·부정적인 상태를 진단하였다. 셋째, 자아상태유형과 긍·부정 인생태도 간의 상관정도를 통해 교사들의 대인 의사교류의 특성을 유추해 보았다.
