This research examines to multi-used apartments and super-high rise apartments way of dwelling for outside space environment if summarize result that do comparative analysis as following be. First, because Busan formed along coastline, available site of downtown is very lacking. Development of super high-rise dwelling architecture is gone vigorously on downtown's neighborhood and change area by solution in reply. Second, result that resident satisfaction
about dwelling environment does comparative analysis, housing complex apartment form appeared occupancy and health environment, life and learning environment that look high satisfaction generally than multi-used apartments.
Third, we can know that item of dwelling by environment of multi-used apartments is inferior. Specially there is much difficulties in resident's use about dwelling-health environment like spacing of building, air cleanliness, road cleanliness and convenience facilities like community facilities, old man welfare facilities, green area/mini-park. So it was construed that was very inferior in habitability and living environment side.
