The purpose of the study was to develop practical arts education programs for elementary school afterschool. As a development study, it has involved pilot/field tests. The study was performed in three major phases: design, development, and improvement. The Major findings of the study were as follows; (1) Development of Biotechnology based practical arts programs for elementary school afterschool (2) Development of technology studies based practical arts programs for elementary school afterschool (3) Development of homeeconomics based practical arts programs for elementary school afterschool
