This study aims to improve the quality of early childhood education by enhancing teacher efficacy by verifying the mediating effect of teacher-child interaction in the relationship between early childhood teachers' job satisfaction and teacher efficacy. An online questionnaire was distributed to early childhood teachers, and data from 277 individuals were collected. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and mediating effect analysis were conducted using SPSS 28.0 and Process Macro 4.3 model 4. The research results showed that, first, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the overall and sub-factors of early childhood teachers' job satisfaction, teacher-child interaction, and teacher efficacy. Second, teacher-child interaction had a mediating effect on the relationship between early childhood teachers' job satisfaction and teacher efficacy. Through this study, we confirmed that early childhood teachers' job satisfaction significantly positively influences teacher efficacy through teacher-child interactions. Therefore, we hope that this study will serve as basic data for enhancing teacher efficacy and achieving high-quality early childhood education.

본 연구는 유아교사의 직무만족도가 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 교사-유아 상호작용 의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 교사효능감을 증진시켜 유아교육의 질적 향상을 이루기 위한 것이다. 유아교사를 대상으로 온라인 설문지를 배포하여 최종 277명의 자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS 28.0, Process Macro 4.3 model 4를 이용해 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관분석, 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 연 구결과, 첫째, 유아교사의 직무만족도, 교사-유아 상호작용, 교사효능감 전체 및 하위요인 간 모두 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 직무만족도가 교사효 능감에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 교사-유아 상호작용의 매개효과가 나타났다. 이를 통해 유아교사의 직무만족도와 교사-유아 상호작용이 교사효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 변인이라는 것을 알 수 있었고, 유아교사의 직무만족도가 교사-유아 상호작용을 경유하여 교사효능감에 유의한 정적 영향 을 미치는 경로를 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구가 교사효능감을 증진시켜 질 높은 유아교육을 이루 기 위한 기초자료로서 기여할 수 있기를 희망한다.
