The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the emotional perfumer master program on adult learners' stress, anxiety, depression, and quality of life. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with 22 adult learners in the Chungcheongbuk-do region, and 13 were selected for the final analysis. A questionnaire was used to collect data for this study, and frequency analyses and paired sample t-tests were performed using SPSS 26.0 for data processing and analysis. The results of this research were as follows. First, the Emotional Steering Master Program was found to have a statistically significant effect on reducing depression in adult learners. Second, the Emotional Steering Master Program was found to have a statistically significant effect on improving the quality of life in adult learners. These results suggest that the Emotional Steering Master Program can contribute to reducing stress, anxiety, and depression and improving the quality of life in adult learners.

본 연구는 감성조향사 마스터 프로그램이 성인학습자의 스트레스, 불안, 우울, 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 충청북도 지역 성인학습자 22명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 13명을 최종분석대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구의 자료수집을 위해 설문지를 활용하였으며, 자료처리 및 분석을 위해 SPSS 26.0을 활용하여 빈도분 석과 대응표본 t-test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감성조향사 마스터 프로그램은 성인학습자의 우울 감소에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감성조향사 마스터 프로그램은 성인학습자의 삶의 질 향상에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 감성조향사 마스터 프로그램이 성인학습자의 우울을 감소시키고 삶의 질을 향상하는데 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다.
