This study addresses structural instability in the dance field by comparing a public-sector collaboration Yeongdeungpo Cultural Foundation × Eun-Me Ahn Company and a corporate collaboration Apple × Yoann Bourgeois. Defining “structural sustainability” as mechanisms linking outputs–outcomes–continuation, it applies a qualitative framework to identify sustainability pathways and enabling conditions. The public case showed continuity through accumulated programs, resident repertory, and online archiving, linked to place-based identity and longer-term distribution. The corporate case achieved broad online reach and an international advertising award through a choreography-led branded film, linked to brand image gains and expanded subsequent opportunities for the choreographer. Overall, sustainability tended to emerge when collaborations pursued multiple values and when intermediary governance connected outputs to continuation, providing a comparative basis for long-term public–corporate–dance partnership design.

본 연구는 무용계의 구조적 불안정성을 완화하기 위한 관점에서, 무용공연의 ‘구조적 지속 가능성’을 산출–결과 –지속이 연결되는 운영·유통·재협업 메커니즘으로 정의하고 공공기관–무용 협업과 기업–무용 협업을 비교하여 지속의 경로와 조건 결합을 탐색하였다. 사례는 영등포문화재단 × 안은미컴퍼니와 Apple × 요안 부르주아 협업을 선정하였으며, ‘협업 목적–협업 형태–협업 효과’ 분석 틀에 기반한 질적 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 공공 협업은 주민 참여 프로그램–상주 레퍼토리–온라인 아카이브의 누적을 통해 지역 공연장 및 문화도시 정 체성 강화와 예술단체의 장기 유통 기반 확장으로 이어지는 경향이 관찰되었다. 반면 기업 협업은 안무 중심 브랜디드 필름 캠페인을 통해 온라인 확산과 국제 광고상이라는 성과를 달성하며, 브랜드 이미지 강화 및 안무 가의 후속 협업 기회 확대로 연결되는 양상이 확인되었다. 두 사례에서는 공공성·브랜드 효용·예술적 지속성 가 운데 둘 이상을 함께 추구하는 구조가 지속과 연결되는 경향이 나타났다. 아울러 매개 조직과 ‘산출–결과–지속’ 을 연계한 구조 설계가 지속의 경로를 형성하는 핵심 요소로 확인되었다. 이는 공공–기업–무용 협업의 장기 설 계할 때 참고할 비교 준거를 마련한다.
