The objective of this study was to identify how grit and metacognition impact the clinical competence of nursing students. Data were collected from 184 nursing students in G city, from Sep 15 to 19, 2025. Data were analyzed with SPSS version 20.0 using t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. The analysis revealed mean scores of 3.75 ± 0.61 for grit, 4.03 ± 0.52 for metacognition, and 4.09 ± 0.80 for clinical competence among nursing students. A significant positive correlation was found between clinical competence and grit (r = .476, p < .001), and between clinical competence and metacognition (r = .614, p < .001). Stepwise regression model, explained that 37.7% of the variance in clinical competence was due to metacognition. In light of the study findings, the development of intervention programs to strengthen clinical competence among nursing students is recommended.

本研究旨在探讨护理专业大学生的坚毅品质,元认知对其临床实践能力的影响. 研究对象为G市某四年制大学的184名护理专业在校生资料收集时间为2025年9月15日至9月19日,采用SPSS 20.0统计软件, 运用频数分析,均数与标准差,t检验,单因素方差分析,皮 尔逊相关分析及逐步多元回归分析对数据进行处理. 研究结果显示, 研究对象的坚毅品质得 分为3.75±0.61, 元认知得分为4.03±0.52, 临床实践能力得分为4.09±0.80. 临床实践能力 与坚毅品质呈显著正相关(r=0.476, p<0.001), 临床实践能力与元认知呈显著正相关(r=0.614, p<0.001), 坚毅品质与元认知亦呈显著正相关(r=0.697, p<0.001); 经检验, 影响护理专业大学生临床实践能力的因素为元认知, 该变量的解释力为37.7%. 本研究结果 可为制定提升护理专业大学生临床实践能力的系统性方案提供参考依据.
