This study aimed to identify the trends and key concepts of multicultural research in the field of nursing in Korea. Studies published from January 2010 to August 2025 were collected using the keywords “nursing,” “nursing science,” and “nursing students,” combined with terms such as “multicultural,” “marriage migrant,” “migrant women,” “multicultural families,” “immigrant,” “foreign workers,” “cultural diversity,” and “cultural competence,” yielding 92 papers. A co-occurrence network was developed, and topic modeling was conducted by dividing the data into three periods (2010~2014, 2015~2019, 2020~2024), with visualization through word clouds and sociograms. The results showed that topics were relatively balanced in 2010~2014 and 2015~2019, while in 2020~2025, “multicultural nursing students and education” became dominant (82.4%), indicating a convergence of research toward nursing education. This study provides an overview of multicultural nursing research in Korea over the past 15 years and underscores the need for ongoing studies reflecting social changes.

본 연구는 국내 간호 분야에서의 다문화 연구 동향과 주요 개념을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2010년 1월 부터 2025년 8월까지 최근 15년간 발표된 논문을 수집하였다. 먼저 ‘간호’, ‘간호학’, ‘간호학생’을 일반 키워드로 활용하여 간호학 전반에 해당하는 논문을 검색한 뒤, ‘다문화’, ‘결혼이민자’, ‘이주여성’, ‘다문화 가정’, ‘이민자’, ‘외국인 노동자’, ‘문 화다양성’, ‘문화적 역량’을 추가 키워드로 결합하여 최종적으로 92편의 논문을 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 이후 주제어 동시 출현 네트워크를 통하여, 5년 단위(2010~2014년, 2015~2019년, 2020~2024년)로 구분하여 토픽모델링을 실시하고 워드 클라우드와 소시오그램을 통해 시각화하였다. 분석 결과, 2010~2014년에는 ‘문화적 역량과 의사소통’, ‘다문화 간호학생과 교육’, ‘간호와 건강 돌봄’ 등 다양한 주제가 균형 있게 나타났으며, 2015~2019년에도 유사하게 나타났다. 그러나 2020~ 2025년에는 ‘다문화 간호학생과 교육’이 82.4%로 두드러지게 증가하여 다문화 간호 연구가 간호대학생 교육을 중심으로 수 렴되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 지난 15년간 국내 간호 분야에서의 다문화 연구 주제와 동향을 종합적으로 제시 하였으며, 향후 사회적 변화를 반영한 다문화 연구가 지속적으로 이루어질 필요성을 시사한다.
