This study aimed to systematically review research trends on the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) among undergraduate nursing students, focusing on knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Guided by Arksey and O’Malley’s (2005) scoping review framework and the PRISMA-ScR guidelines, 50 studies published from 2022 to 2025 were analyzed across lecture-based, simulation/clinical training, and blended learning contexts. The findings indicated that ChatGPT and large language models (LLMs) showed the potential to transform nursing education from instructor-centered to learner-centered interactive learning. These tools were reported to be associated with improvements in learner engagement, clinical reasoning, self-directed learning, and ethical awareness. However, the evidence predominantly reflects short-term outcomes, with limited data on the sustainability or transferability of learning to clinical practice. Concerns regarding the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated information also persisted. These findings suggest that nursing education should incorporate not only technical proficiency but also critical AI literacy and a human-centered professional identity to support ethical and sustainable AI integration.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 생성형 인공지능의 활용과 관련된 연구 동향을 지식･기술･태도의 세 가지 관점에서 체계적으로 고찰하고, 간호교육에서의 인공지능 통합에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 수행되었다. Arksey와 O’Malley(2005)의 주제범위 고찰 절차와 PRISMA-ScR 가이드라인에 따라 2022년부터 2025년까지 발표된 총 50편의 연구를 분석하였으며, 강 의 기반 학습, 시뮬레이션 및 임상훈련, 혼합학습 맥락을 포함하였다. 분석 결과, ChatGPT와 대규모 언어모델은 간호교육을 교수자 중심에서 학습자 중심의 상호작용적 학습으로 전환시키는 잠재력을 보였으며, 학습자의 임상추론력, 자기주도 학습능 력, 윤리적 인식과 같은 학습성과와 관련이 있는 것으로 보고되었다. 그러나 대부분의 연구는 단기적 교육 효과 검증에 머물러 있어, 학습성과의 지속성이나 임상실무 전이에 관한 근거는 제한적이었다. 또한 인공지능이 생성한 정보의 정확성과 신뢰도에 대한 우려도 지속적으로 제기되었다. 본 연구는 간호교육이 단순한 기술적 숙련 수준을 넘어, 인간 중심 돌봄 가치에 기반한 비 판적 인공지능 문해력과 전문직 정체성을 함양함으로써 윤리적이고 지속가능한 인공지능 통합을 실현해야 함을 제언한다.
