The purpose of this study analyzes users' attitudes to the use of generative AI (artificial intelligence) services. A theoretical research framework, drawing from attitude theory, was developed to explore the psychological dimensions of university students' academic use with generative AI services. The study examine the relationships between users' knowledge, perceived performance incongruence, attitude, and loyalty in generative AI services. A survey was conducted among university students who have used generative AI services. The research hypotheses were tested using partial least squares structural equation modeling. The empirical findings indicate that users’ knowledge has a significant positive effect on perceived performance incongruence. In addition, users’ knowledge positively influences both attitude and loyalty. However, perceived performance incongruence does not impact a significant negative effect on attitude and loyalty. Finally, attitude shows a positive effect on loyalty. The empirical finding provides valuable insights into the psychology of using generative AI services, offering ways to enhance the formation of positive attitudes and loyalty among generative AI services users.

본 연구의 목적은 생성형 AI(Generative Artificial Intelligence) 서비스 이용에 대한 이용자들의 태도를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 태도이론을 기반으로 이론적 프레임워크를 제안하였고, 이를 토대로 대학생들의 학술적 이용을 중심으로 생성형 AI 서비스 이용과 관련된 심리적 요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 생성형 AI 서비스를 이용 경험이 있는 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였고, 생성형 AI 서비스에 대한 지식, 지각된 성과 불일치, 태도, 충성도 간의 관계를 최소부분자승 구조방정식(PLS-SEM) 접근법을 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과, 생성형 AI 서비스 이용자의 지식은 지각된 성과 불일치에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 이용자의 지식은 태도와 충성도 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 지각된 성과 불일치는 태도와 충성도에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 태도는 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 생성형 AI 서비스 이용자들의 심리적 특성에 대한 유용한 통찰과 충성도 강화 방안을 제공해 줄 것이다.
