Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of team-based ACLS simulation education on learners' knowledge level and performance confidence, and to analyze the relationship between knowledge and confidence. Method: The subjects of the study were 181 nursing students at B University. After the educational program was implemented, the effect of the study subjects on education was measured using knowledge measurement tools and performance confidence measurement tools. Findings and conclusion: According to the research results, team-based ACLS simulation education was effective in improving learners' knowledge and performance confidence. In addition, it was confirmed that there was a positive correlation between ACLS knowledge and performance confidence. Future studies need to evaluate the long-term persistence of educational effects and their effectiveness in practical clinical applications.

본 연구는 팀 기반 ACLS 시뮬레이션 교육이 학습자의 지식 수준과 수행 자신감에 미치는 효과를 확인하고 지식과 자신감의 관계를 분석하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상은 B대학교 간호학과 학생 181명이었고 ACLS 시뮬레이션 교육 프로그램이 시행된 후 지식 측정 도구와 수행 자신감 측정 도구를 사용하여 연구 대상자의 교육에 미치는 효과를 확인하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 팀 기반 ACLS 시뮬레이션 교육은 학습자의 지식과 수행 자신감을 향상시키는 데 효과적 인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 ACLS 지식과 수행 자신감 사이에는 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 향후 연구에서 는 교육 효과의 장기적인 지속성과 실제 임상 적용에서의 효과를 평가할 필요가 있다.
