With digital literacy as a core competency in the 2022 revised curriculum, developing digital education competencies for pre-service teachers has become crucial. This study investigated pre-service teachers' perceptions of the Ministry of Education's "Teacher Competency Framework for Classroom Revolution" diagnostic tools to develop customized instruments for pre-service teachers. Eighteen pre-service teachers from A University of Education evaluated 21 items on comprehension and validity using a 5-point scale and provided written feedback. Results showed high ratings for both comprehension (M=4.69) and validity (M=4.76). Qualitative analysis revealed needs for clearer terminology, specific practical contexts, grade-level considerations, and reduced item redundancy. The study suggests that diagnostic tools for pre-service teachers should evolve beyond assessment instruments to educational tools supporting professional development.

2022 개정 교육과정에서 디지털 소양이 핵심역량으로 제시되면서, 미래교사인 예비교원의 디지털 교육 역량 함양이 중요한 과제로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 교육부가 2024년 발표한 "교실혁명을 위한 교원역량체계"의 진 단도구에 대한 예비교원의 인식을 조사하여, 예비교원 맞춤형 진단도구 개발을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였 다. 연구대상은 A교육대학교 예비교원 18명이며, 교원역량체계의 21개 문항에 대한 이해도와 타당성을 5점 척 도로 평가하고 서술식 의견을 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 양적 분석과 질적 분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결 과, 예비교원들의 문항 이해도는 평균 4.69점, 타당성은 평균 4.76점으로 전반적으로 높게 나타났다. 질적 분석 결과, 예비교원들은 전문용어의 명확성, 실천적 맥락의 구체화, 학년별 수준 차이 고려, 문항 간 중복성 해소 등 의 개선점을 제시했다. 본 연구는 예비교원의 디지털 교육 역량 진단도구가 단순한 평가 도구를 넘어 전문성 개 발을 지원하는 교육적 도구로 발전해야 함을 시사한다.
