This study analyzed survey data collected from elementary school teachers who completed a digital convergence education training program. The analysis focused on teachers’ perceptions of training effectiveness and satisfaction in relation to confidence, self-efficacy, contribution, and self-development regarding digital convergence education. The results are as follows. First, while the training showed high effectiveness in terms of self-development and contribution, the level of self-efficacy was relatively low. Second, to enhance the effectiveness of digital convergence education training, it is necessary to provide sufficient explanations and guidance about the training process before the program begins, and to actively incorporate participants’ opinions, as well as feedback from previous trainees, in program development. Third, although no significant differences were found in training effectiveness by gender, age group, teaching experience, or school size, female teachers showed higher scores than male teachers in contribution and self-development related to digital convergence education. Therefore, training programs focusing on digital convergence education methods and case-based practices should be expanded so that teachers’ digital competencies can contribute to improving students’ academic achievement and enhancing classroom instruction.

이 연구에서는 초등교사를 대상으로 한 디지털융합교육 연수를 마친 후 실시한 설문 자료를 분석하여, 초등교원의 디 지털융합교육에 대한 자신감과 자기효능감, 기여도, 자기계발 등 연수 효과성에 대한 인식과 만족도를 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털융합교육에 대한 효과성은 자기계발과 기여도에 대한 효과는 높게 나타났지만, 자기효 능감은 상대적으로 낮았다. 둘째, 디지털융합교육 연수의 효과를 높이려면 연수 시작 전에 연수 과정에 대한 충분한 설명 과 안내가 필요하며, 연수 과정 개발 시에도 연수자의 의견을 묻거나 인전 연수 참여자의 의견 등을 적극적으로 반영할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 교원의 성별, 연령대별, 교육경력별, 학교 규모별 연수 효과성에는 유의미한 차이 없지만, 디지털융 합교육의 기여도와 자기계발에서 여교사가 남교사보다 높게 나타났다. 따라서 디지털 활용 능력이 학생들의 학업성취 도 향상과 수업 개선에 기여할 수 있도록 디지털융합교육 방법과 사례 중심의 연수가 확대되어야 한다.
