This study aimed to provide basic data for strengthening teacher competencies required for the implementation of a play-based curriculum by analyzing the effects of early childhood teachers’ teaching creativity and play sensitivity on their play support competence. A survey was conducted with 262 early childhood teachers in the Seoul metropolitan area, and the collected data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that both teaching creativity and play sensitivity had a significant positive effect on play support competence, with play sensitivity having a greater influence. Among the sub-factors of teaching creativity, motivation, tolerance for creativity, and divergent thinking showed significant effects, while all sub-factors of play sensitivity emerged as important predictors. These findings suggest the necessity of systematic programs in teacher training to enhance creativity and sensitivity, which can make a practical contribution to developing teacher professionalism for the implementation of play-based education. Future studies should expand the research region and incorporate qualitative approaches.

본 연구는 유아교사의 교수창의성과 놀이민감성이 놀이지원역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, 놀이 중심 교육과정 실행 에 필요한 교사 역량 강화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 수도권 유아교사 262명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 수집된 자료는 상관관계 및 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 교수창의성과 놀이민감성은 모두 놀이지원역량에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 특히 놀이민감성의 영향력이 더 컸다. 교수창의성의 하위요인 중 동기유발, 창의성 허용, 확산 적 사고가 유의미한 영향을 보였고, 놀이민감성에서는 하위요인 모두가 중요한 예측변수로 나타났다. 이 결과는 교사 연수에 서 창의성과 민감성 향상을 위한 체계적 프로그램의 필요성을 시사하며, 놀이 중심 교육 실행을 위한 교사 전문성 개발에 실질적 기여를 할 수 있다. 향후에는 지역 확대 및 질적 접근을 포함한 후속연구가 필요하다.
