This study aims to explore the essential components of school-based integrated support services designed to promote students’ healthy development. In recent years, students’ lives have become increasingly complex, encompassing academic, emotional, relational, health, and career-related needs. This growing complexity has highlighted the limitations of schools in addressing these multifaceted demands through their traditional, single-function approach. Grounded in ecological systems theory, this study emphasizes the interactive influence of multiple environmental systems surrounding students on their development. Based on this perspective, the research argues that schools should serve as the central hub for delivering tailored integrated support, and that collaborative governance among diverse stakeholders— both within and beyond the school—is essential. It also calls for a sustainable service linkage system. Furthermore, this study highlights the concept of “relationship-centered life as education itself” as a fundamental educational value. To realize this vision, it identifies key components such as value-driven education, personalized education based on student characteristics, ethical use of digital tools, and education for balanced living. The findings of this study are expected to provide both theoretical and practical foundations for the design and implementation of integrated support services in schools.

본 연구는 학생의 건강한 성장을 지원하기 위한 학교 기반 통합지원의 구성요건을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 최근 학생의 삶은 학업, 정서, 관계, 건강, 진로 등 다양한 영역에서 복합적인 요구를 동반하고 있으며, 이에 따라 단일한 학교 기능만으로는 이러한 요구에 효과적으로 대응하기 어렵다는 인식이 확산되고 있다. 본 연구는 생태체계이론을 중심으로, 학생을 둘러싼 다양한 환경이 상호 작용하며 학생 발달에 영향을 미친다는 점에 주목하였다. 이를 토대로 학생 맞춤형 통합지원을 위해 학교가 중심이 되어야 하며, 학교 내외 다양한 주체 간 협력적 거버넌스와 지속 가능한 서비스 연계 체계의 필요성을 제안한다. 또한 교육의 본질로서 ‘관계 중심의 삶 그 자체가 교육’이라는 관점을 강조하며, 이를 실현하기 위한 가치 우선의 교육, 학생 특성 중심의 맞춤교육, 윤리적 디지털 활용 교육, 균형을 맞추는 교육의 구성요건을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 향후 학교 현장에서 실질적인 통합지원 설계와 운영에 있어 이론적·실천적 토대를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
