This paper studied the interaction between and paratext through the concept of media convergence. The paratexts of blur the line between reality and fiction. Games and Instagram in the form of entrance ceremony give the audience the identity of apartment residents. The opening credit sequence makes the movie interpreted as an allegory of reality. The interaction between text and paratext enables reflection on the apartment community. Canned yellow peaches strengthens the psychological bond between Min Sung and the audience. As the social drama of the text and the entrance ceremony of the paratext proceed at the same time, the audience's immersion in the apartment community is induced. Paratexts also present different perspectives on the apartment community. Crowd behavior in the apartment community becomes an object of immersion and at the same time an object of criticism. Finally, the relationship between shots faces the huge anger that sustains the apartment community with the audience. The Concrete Utopia urges the search for a new community. This paper is significant in that it describes the dynamic content enjoyment experience of the audience. This approach can explain the relationship between the audiovisual experience realized by the contents related to and the sensory and emotional experiences woven by apartment.

본고는 <콘크리트 유토피아>의 텍스트와 파라텍스트 간의 상호작용이 구현하는 관객 체험을 미디어 컨버전스 개념을 통해 천착하는 것을 목적으로 한다. <콘크리트 유토피아>의 파라텍스트들은 아파트 입주와 관련한 문턱 경험을 제공 한다. 가입 의례의 형식을 가진 게임과 인스타그램은 관객의 관극 체험을 입주 체험과 포갠다. 오프닝 크리디트 시퀀스는 영화를 ‘장치-아파트’라는 현실의 알레고리로 해석 할 바탕을 마련한다. 텍스트와 파라텍스트 간의 상호작용은 아파트 공동체에 대한 성 찰을 가능케 한다. 텍스트의 사회극과 파라텍스트의 가입의례가 동시에 진행되면서 아 파트 공동체에 대한 관객의 몰입이 유도된다. 또한 파라텍스트들은 외부인의 시선을 제시함으로써 아파트 공동체에 대한 비판적 거리를 형성한다. 마지막으로 이 영화는 숏 간의 결속을 통해 오늘날 아파트로 직조된 사회구조의 심급에 거대한 분노가 놓여 있음을 제시함으로써, 관객에게 새로운 공동체의 모색을 촉구한다. 본고는 동화와 이 화, 상징과 알레고리를 오가는 관객의 역동적인 콘텐츠 향유 경험을 기술한다는 점에 서 기존의 논의와 차별된다. 이러한 접근은 <콘크리트 유토피아> 관련 콘텐츠들이 구 현하는 시청각 체험과 아파트라는 장치가 직조하는 감각 및 감정 경험 간의 관계를 설 명할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 더 나아가 본고는 영화가 재현하는 군중행동에 착 목함으로써 아파트가 구성하는 주체의 성격을 밝힌다는 점에서 가치가 있다.
