The purpose of this study is to explore how teachers' attitudes changed before and after the Seoicho incident. We classified teachers' attitude latent classes and explored the transition probability for the latent classes. We conducted latent profile and latent transition analysis using data from the first year (2021) to the third year (2023) of the Korean Teacher Longitudinal Study-Elementary, and the results of the analysis are as follows. First, the teacher attitude latent classes were classified into three groups: positive, middle and negative teachers’ attitudes, and the proportion of the negative teaching attitude group gradually increased over time. Second, examining the change in teacher attitudes from 2022 to 2023, teachers' attitudes were generally maintained or moved in a negative direction. Third, there were differences in the pattern of change in teaching attitudes depending on gender and age. Based on these results, we suggest systematic management of teacher attitudes at the national level, support for operating programs for emotional healing of teachers at the school level, and provision of individualized psychological counseling programs for teachers.

이 연구는 서이초 사건을 전후로 교사의 교직 태도가 어떻게 변화하였는지 탐색하는 데 목 적이 있다. 이를 위해 교사의 소진과 직무만족을 교직 태도로 설정하고, 이에 대한 잠재집단 분류와 전이확률, 예측요인을 탐색하였다. 한국초등교원종단연구 1차년도(2021)부터 3차년도 (2023)까지의 데이터를 활용하여 잠재프로파일과 잠재전이 분석을 수행하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교직 태도 잠재집단은 긍정적인 교직 태도, 중간 교직 태도, 부정적인 교 직 태도의 세 집단으로 분류되었으며, 시간이 지나면서 부정적인 교직 태도 집단의 비율이 점차 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 22년에서 23년으로의 교직 태도 변화를 살펴보면, 교사의 교직 태도는 전반적으로 유지되거나 부정적인 방향으로 이동하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋 째, 성별과 연령에 따라 교직 태도의 변화 양상에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 국가 수준에서의 교직 태도에 대한 체계적인 관리, 학교 단위에서의 교사 정서 회복을 위한 프로그램 운영 지원, 교원에 대한 개별화된 심리 상담 프로그램 확대를 제언하였다.
