The purpose of this study is to develop and implement an educational program aimed at enhancing high school students' understanding of the interdisciplinary field of Medical Art, which integrates diverse disciplines such as art, health, and medicine. In collaboration with A Design High School and B University, an eight-session (16-hour) theory- and practice-based convergence program was designed and conducted with 22 students. The program yielded high levels of satisfaction, with an average rating of 4.36 or higher. Interest in overall activities and the program itself was rated at the maximum of 5.0, and the "diversity" component of career competency received a particularly positive rating of 4.82. These results suggest that the program had a beneficial impact on students’ career competencies. By presenting a case of designing and applying a convergence-based career education program centered on the Medical Art field, this study demonstrates the potential for developing a practical model that can be implemented in various secondary education settings. Furthermore, the program provides foundational insights that may inform career education policies and curriculum development by supporting students in setting more concrete career goals.

본 연구의 목적은 미술, 보건, 의학 등 이질적인 학문 분야가 융합된 ‘메디컬 아트(Medical Art)’ 분야에 대한 고등학생들의 이해를 증진시키고, 실질적인 진로 탐색 기회를 제공하기 위한 교육프로그램을 개발·운영 하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 A디자인고등학교와 B대학교의 협조를 받아 총 8회차, 16시간의 이론 및 실습 중심 융 합 프로그램을 설계, 개발하여 22명의 학생들에게 운영하였다. 만족도 결과, 평균 4.36점 이상으로 나타났으며, 프로그램 흥미도의 평균은 5.0점으로 나타났으며 진로 역량 영역 중 다양성 평균은 4.82점으로 특히 긍정적인 평가를 받았다. 이러한 결과는 본 프로그램이 학생들의 진로 역량 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 보여준다. 본 연구는 메디컬 아트 분야를 중심으로 한 융합 진로교육 프로그램의 설계 및 적용 사례를 제시함으로써, 향 후 다양한 중등교육 현장에서 활용 가능한 실천적 진로교육 모델로서의 가능성을 보여준다. 또한, 본 프로그램 은 진로에 대한 구체적 방향성 설정을 지원함으로써 진로교육 정책 및 커리큘럼 개발에 있어 유용한 기초자료 로 활용될 수 있다.
