The purpose of this study is to survey perception of Gyeonggi-do lifelong learning city for the disabled. To achieve the goal, this study conducted a survey targeting civil servants and field workers related to it in Gyeonggi-do, and measured the level of perception of the current status of operation, difficulties in operation, and activation plans. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the level of perception of the current status of operation in the organization was high in the order of program composition, personnel provided, and infrastructure. In addition, the level of perception of the current status of operation in the city/county was high in the order of program composition and infrastructure. Second, the level of perception of the difficulties in operation was high in the order of operation of lifelong learning for the disabled, recruitment of disabled learners in the region, recruitment of instructors in the region, and utilization of community infrastructure. Third, the level of perception of activation plans was high in the order of personnel provided, program composition, and infrastructure. This study is expected to suggest policies to activate lifelong learning cities in Gyeonggi-do.

본 연구의 목적은 경기도 장애인 평생학습도시에 대한 인식을 조사하는 것이다. 이 러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 경기도 장애인 평생교육 관계 공무원과 현 장 실무자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 운영현황, 운영의 어려움, 활성화 방 안에 대한 인식 수준을 측정하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 기관의 장애인 평생교육 운영현 황에 대한 인식 수준은 프로그램 구성, 제공인력, 기반환경 순으로 높게 나타났으며, 시·군의 장애인 평생교육 운영현황에 대한 인식 수준은 프로그램 구성, 기반환경 순으 로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인 평생학습 운영의 어려움에 대한 인식 수준은 장애인 평생학습 운영, 지역 내 장애인 학습자 모집, 지역 내 교강사 섭외, 지역사회 인프라 활 용 순으로 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 장애인 평생교육 활성화 방안에 대한 인식 수준은 제 공인력, 프로그램 구성, 기반환경 순으로 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 경기도 평생학습도 시 활성화를 위한 정책을 제언할 것으로 기대된다.
