This study aims to provide operational strategies for university sports facilities in South Korea and China by identifying key operational factors, distinguishing differences, and offering practical strategies through Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). The research analyzed university sports facility users in both countries using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, paired t-tests, and IPA. The results show that both countries share common factors such as facility standards, systematic exercise guidance, professional knowledge, user-oriented attitudes, pricing, functionality of equipment, responsiveness to complaints, proactive service, and real-time information. However, differences were also identified. South Korea prioritizes facility maintenance, trust through cooperation, and service excellence, while China values spacious exercise areas, prompt issue resolution, and a variety of modern facilities. Additionally, South Korea emphasizes reasonable product pricing and convenience facilities, whereas China focuses on politeness, neat appearance, and reliability. By recognizing these differences, the study suggests ways to enhance service quality and aims to provide standardized reference data for leading universities in Asia.

본 연구는한국과 중국의 대학 내 스포츠시설의 운영전략을 위한 정보를 제공하는 데 있다. 구체적으로는 한국과 중국 모두에게 중요한 스포츠시설 운영 요소와 차이점을 구별하고, IPA분석을 통해 실천적인 전략 요소를 제공하는 목적 을 가지고 연구를 수행하였다. 한국과 중국의 대학 스포츠시설의 이용자를 대상으로 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신되도 분석 대응표본 t검증과 IPA분석을 실시하였다. 한국과 중국의 공통요인은 I 사분면에 ‘시설의 수준’, ‘운동방법 체계적 설명’, ‘전문지식과 문제 해결능력’,‘요구에 대한 태도’, Ⅱ사분면에 ‘시설 이용 가격’, ‘시설 및 장비의 기능성’, ‘민원 대응 즉각성’, Ⅲ사분면 ‘상황에 대한 적극적 관심’, ‘서비스 기대를 만족시킴’, ‘정보의 실시간성’, Ⅳ 사분면‘서비스 제공 즉각 성;으로 나타났으며, 차이요인으로는 I 사분면 한국의 ‘최선을 다한 서비스 제공’, ‘시설의 유지 상태’, ‘협력을 통한 신뢰 감’, 중국의 ‘넓은 운동공간’, ‘문제 처리 즉각성’, Ⅱ사분면 한국의 ‘넓은 운동공간’, ‘정중한 언행’, ‘문제 처리 즉각성’, 중국은 ‘시설의 유지 상태’, ‘상품의 합리적 가격’, ‘시설의 최신성, 시설의 종류’, ‘쉬는 공간 및 편리시설’; Ⅲ사분면 한국 의 ‘상품의 합리적 가격’, ‘시설의 최신성’, ‘쉬는 공간 및 편리시설’, ‘용모와 복장의 단정함’, 중국의 ‘최선을 다한 서비스 제공’, Ⅳ 사분면 한국의 ’시설의 종류’, 중국 ‘협력을 통한 신뢰감’, ‘용모와 복장의 단정함’, ‘정중한 언행’으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 양국의 스포츠시설 서비스 품질 지향점을 도출하였으며, 이와 같은 차이점을 인지하고 강화 방안을 모색하여 아시아 우수 대학의 표준화 자료 제공하고자 하였다.
