This study analyzes the outcomes of the ADEPT(APEC Digital Education Policy Training Program) from 2019 to 2023. Survey results revealed that 21 out of 23 evaluation criteria, based on the OECD/DAC framework, scored 4.5 or higher, reflecting participants' positive assessments of the program's outcomes. The results of cross-tabulation analysis identified that individual factors such as "gender, length of work experience, and year of participation," as well as national factors like "expected years of education and per capita GNI level," influenced perceptions of outcomes. These findings emphasize the need for "customized" training that considers both individual and national backgrounds. This study systematically evaluated the outcomes of ADEPT and analyzed differences in outcomes according to personal and national characteristics, highlighting its academic and practical significance.

본 논문은 ADEPT(APEC Digital Education Policy Training Program) 연수사업의 2019～2023년 성과 분석을 목적으로 하였다. 연수 참가자들에게 설문조사를 실시한 결과, OECD/DAC 평가기준에 기반한 23개 평가 항목 중 21개가 4.5점 이상(5점 만점)으로 나타났다. 이는 ADEPT 연수의 성과에 대해 참가자들이 높게 평가하고 있음을 보여준다. 한편, 개인적, 국가적 특성에 따른 연수 성과 차이를 파악하기 위해서 교차분석을 실시한 결과, 개인변수 중 ‘성별, 근무기간, 연수참여연도’, 그리고 국가 변수 중 출신국의 ‘기대교육연수, 1인당 GNI 수준’이 성 과 인식 차이에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 ADEPT 연수사업의 성과 강화를 위해 참가자의 개인 특성과 출신국 특성을 고려한 ‘맞춤형’ 연수의 필요성을 시사한다. 이와 같이, 본 연구는 연수사업의 성과를 OECD/DAC 평가기준을 적용하여 평가하고, 아울러 참가자의 특성에 따른 연수 성과 차이를 탐색했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.
