This study is a systematic literature review conducted to explore the characteristics and effectiveness of communication programs using Problem-Based Learning(PBL) for nursing students. The study analyzed literature published over the past 10 years using eight databases (PUBMED, EMBASE, CINAHL, PsyINFO, RISS, KISS, NDSL, Koreamed). The main search terms were nursing students, communication, and problem-based learning, and a total of nine studies were included. The participants of the programs analyzed were mainly the programs focused on communication issues in nurse-patient relationships. The programs included various activities such as lectures, simulations, and debriefing, and most studies reported improvements in communication-related competencies. This study is significant in suggesting the direction of communication education using PBL in nursing education in the future.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 문제중심학습(PBL)을 활용한 의사소통 프로그램의 특성과 효과를 탐색하기 위해 시행된 체계적 문헌고찰이다. 국내외의 8개의 데이터베이스(PUBMED, EMBASE, CINAHL, PsyINFO, RISS, KISS, NDSL, Koreamed)를 활용하여 최근 10년간 발표된 문헌을 추출한 후 분석하였다. 주요 검색어는 간호대학생, 의사소통, 문제중심 학습 등이었으며 총 9편이 포함되었다. 본 연구에서 분석한 프로그램의 대상자는 주로 간호사-환자 관계 중심의 의사소통 문 제를 다루었다. 프로그램은 강의, 시뮬레이션, 디브리핑 등의 다양한 활동을 했으며, 대부분의 연구에서 의사소통과 관련된 역량이 향상되었다. 특히 시뮬레이션과 PBL 중재를 혼합한 방법이 효과적이었다. 본 연구는 향후 간호교육에서 PBL을 활용 한 의사소통 교육의 방향을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
