This study aims to analyze the content related to intellectual property (IP) education in the 2022 revised national common curriculum and to explore educational management strategies for enhancing and systematizing IP education. For this purpose, the study analyzed the achievement standards of 13 elementary school subjects and 11 middle school subjects in the common curriculum, using elements of IP education content derived from prior research and curriculum analysis as a reference. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the proportion of content related to IP education was highest in Practical Arts/Technology· Home Economics and Science. Second, among the content areas of IP education, the emphasis on the domain of intellectual property creation was the greatest. Third, while the Practical Arts/Technology· Home Economics subject included relatively balanced content across the domains of IP education, most other subjects concentrated on limited areas. Fourth, the degree of reflection of IP education content differed most significantly in the domain of intellectual property creation across school levels. Fifth, content such as the characteristics of different types of intellectual property rights, the process of acquiring intellectual property rights, and the utilization of intellectual property were not reflected at all in the common curriculum subjects.

이 연구는 2022 개정 공통 교육과정의 지식재산 교육 관련 내용을 분석하여 지식재산 교육의 내실 화 및 체계화를 위한 교육 운영 방안을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 선행 연구와 교육과 정 분석을 통해 도출한 지식재산 교육 내용 요소를 준거로 공통 교육과정의 초등학교 13개 교과와 중 학교 11개 교과의 성취기준을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지식재산 교육 관련 내용의 반영 비중은 실과/기술·가정과 과학에서 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 지 식재산 교육의 내용 영역 중 지식재산 창출 영역의 반영 비중이 가장 높았다. 셋째, 실과/기술·가정 교과는 지식재산 교육의 영역별 내용 요소를 비교적 균형 있게 포함하고 있었지만, 대부분의 교과는 일부 한정된 영역에 집중되어 있었다. 넷째, 학교급별 지식재산 교육 내용의 반영 정도는 지식재산 창 출 영역에서 가장 큰 차이를 보였다. 다섯째, 지식재산권의 종류별 특징, 지식재산 권리화 관련 내용, 지식재산 활용 관련 내용 등은 공통 교육과정 교과에 전혀 반영되지 않은 것으로 나타났다.
