This study explores the need for an ethical certification for generative AI based on neurophilosophy and Korean teachers’ common-sense moral judgment. Neurophilosophy provides a scientific framework for understanding moral judgment, while incorporating teachers’ perspectives ensures cultural relevance in the Korean context. To achieve the study’s objectives, three key questions were addressed: First, what are the main theories and implications of neurophilosophy? Second, why should cultural values be incorporated into the development of a certification for generative AI? Third, why is the common-sense moral judgment of Korean teachers so crucial? By applying neurophilosophical insights to understand the neurobiological mechanisms of human moral judgment and integrating Korean teachers’ common-sense moral judgments, this study explored the potential for developing an ethical certification scale suitable to the Korean educational context.

본 연구는 신경철학과 한국 교사의 상식적 도덕판단을 기반으로 생성 AI의 윤리 인증 측정 척도 개발의 필요성을 논의하였다. 신경철학은 도덕판단과 의사결정 과정을 과학적으로 이해하는 데 기여한다. 한 국 교사의 상식적 도덕판단에 기반한 AI 윤리 인증 지표는 한국의 문 화적 맥락을 반영할 수 있다. 연구의 목적을 위해 첫째, 신경철학의 주요 이론과 시사점은 무엇인가. 둘째, 생성 AI 인증 척도 개발에 가치 문화 특성이 반영되어야 하는 이유는 무엇인가. 셋째, 한국 교사의 상 식적 도덕 판단이 중요한 이유는 무엇인가를 다루었다. 신경철학을 통 해 인간 도덕판단의 신경생물학적 기제를 이해하고, 한국 교사의 상식 적 도덕판단을 활용함으로써 한국 교육 맥락에 부합하는 윤리 인증 척 도의 개발 가능성을 탐구하였다.
