This study conducted a systematic literature review to analyze research on nursing handoff education programs in South Korea. A literature search was performed in the CINAHL, PubMed, RISS, DBpia, and KISS databases using the keywords "handoff," "nursing", "communication" and "education" from 2012 to 2024. Studies included in the review focused on nursing handoff education program interventions conducted in South Korea. A total of 3,433 studies were identified, 19 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed. Most of the programs targeted nursing students and utilized a combination of lectures and role-playing activities. These programs demonstrated positive effects on handoff performance, clinical judgment, critical thinking, communication clarity, communication ability, self-efficacy, and confidence. Handoff education programs that integrate diverse practical methods are expected to enhance the handoff competencies.

본 연구는 국내 간호 인수인계 교육 프로그램 연구를 체계적으로 고찰하여 분석하기 위해 수행한 체계적 문헌고찰 연구이다. 연구대상 논문은 국내외 전자 데이터베이스 CINAHL, PubMed, RISS, DBpia, KISS를 활용 하여 ‘인수인계’, ‘간호’, ‘의사소통’, ‘교육’을 주제어로 검색하였으며, 2012년부터 2024년까지 출판된 국내 간호 인 수인계 교육 프로그램 중재 연구를 대상으로 하였다. 총 3,433개의 논문이 검색되었으며, 최종 18편이 선정되었다. 대부분의 프로그램은 간호대학생을 대상으로 시행되었으며, 이론 강의와 역할극을 병행하는 방법이 주로 사용되었 다. 간호 인수인계교육 프로그램은 인수인계수행능력, 임상판단력, 비판적 사고성향, 의사소통명확성, 의사소통능력, SBAR 의사소통, 자기효능감, 자신감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다양한 실습 방법을 반영한 교 육 프로그램은 간호대학생과 간호사의 인수인계 역량을 효과적으로 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
