The advancement of digital technology and the continuous development of the internet have brought significant changes to daily life. These transformations have also influenced the field of nursing education, where the importance of web-based learning is increasingly emphasized, leading to the adoption of diverse teaching and learning methods. This study aims to examine the impact of web-based learning platforms on nursing education over the past decade by conducting a scoping review based on the components of the Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL) model. The findings serve as foundational data for developing effective teaching and learning methods and guiding future directions. Using a scoping review approach, this study analyzed major related literature published in domestic academic journals. Following a six-step process, a total of 15 studies from 2014 to 2024 were included in the analysis. Notably, 12 studies were conducted after 2020, and eight studies employed flipped learning methodologies. Many studies explored variables such as critical thinking disposition, class satisfaction, and self-directed learning ability. The effects of web-based platforms in nursing education, based on the TEL model, were categorized into five themes: technological effects and impacts, teaching and learning design through technology, environments and motivation for TEL, effectiveness of TEL, and limitations of TEL. As various web-based learning platforms continue to be utilized, this study underscores the need for the development and application of diverse teaching and learning programs to ensure the effective integration of these platforms into nursing curricula.

디지털 기술의 발달과 인터넷의 지속적인 발전은 일상생활에 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 이러한 변 화는 간호학 교육 분야에도 영향을 미치며, 웹 기반 학습의 중요성이 강조됨에 따라 다양한 교수학습 방 법이 적용되고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 10년 동안의 웹 기반 학습 플랫폼이 간호대학생의 교육에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시행한 연구로 기술-강화 학습 모델의 구성요소를 중심으로 주제범위 문헌고찰 분석을 시행하여 효과적인 교수학습방법 개발 및 방향을 제시하는데 기초자료로 활용하고자 시행하였다. 본 연구는 주제범위 문헌고찰 방법을 활용하여 국내 학술지에 개제된 주된 관련문헌을 검토하였고, 6 단계에 따라 진행하였다. 2014년~2024년까지 최근 10년의 연구를 분석한 결과 총 15편이 분석에 사용되 었고, 2020년을 기준으로 이후의 논문이 12편이 되었고, 플립러닝을 활용한 연구가 8편으로 가장 많았다. 또한, 비판적 사고성향과 수업만족도, 자기주도학습역량을 변수로 확인한 연구가 많았다. 기술-강화 학 습 모델에 따른 웹 기반 플랫폼의 간호교육의 효과는 기술의 효과와 영향, 기술을 통한 교수학습 디자인, 기술-강화 학습의 환경 및 동기유발, 기술-강화 학습의 효과성, 기술-강화 학습의 한계로 분류하여 분석 하였다. 다양한 웹 기반 학습 플랫폼이 활용되는 만큼 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호학 교과 적용에서 효 율적인 운영이 이루어질 수 있도록 다양한 교수학습방법 프로그램이 개발되어 적용되어야 할 것이다.
