The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of acquisition of the prerequisite concepts necessary for the teaching activities of the 'Causes of Seasonal Change' unit by elementary pre-service teacher, and to suggest effective teaching methods accordingly. When elementary pre-service teacher teach about the 'Causes of the Change of Seasons' unit, what is their perception of the concept of athletes and their teaching activities? After the lesson on 'Causes of the Change of Seasons', the elementary pre-service teacher' reflections were written. The results of these surveys were examined using the NetMiner Tool. This study was conducted between March 1 and June 14, 2024. The subjects of this experimental treatment were 100 students in four advanced courses of elementary pre-service teachers who were taking the course of 'Elementary Science Textbook Study 1'. The elementary preparatory teachers demonstrated the lessons in groups of four. The conclusions of the study are as follows. First, elementary pre-service teachers consider terms such as "of the earth, the causes of seasonal change, and the earth" as important concepts in teaching the unit "Causes of Seasonal Change," and it is interpreted that they are highly interested in these terms. elementary pre-service teachers did not recognize terms such as 'observer', 'length of day, and night' as prerequisite concepts, even though they were important terms because they all had low figures. Second, the pre-service teachers of elementary school considered the acquisition of the concept of prerequisite learning very important for the unit "Causes of the Change of Seasons". It is believed that pre-service teachers will need to acquire systematic and sequential concepts in order to teach the unit 'Causes of the Change of Seasons'. Third, in order to solve the difficulties of elementary pre-service teachers in teaching and learning activities, it is necessary to take a variety of approaches, such as using audio-visual materials or simulations to make astronomy easier to understand, providing opportunities for students to observe astronomical phenomena firsthand, and improving teachers' expertise through the elementary pre-service teacher training program.

본 연구의 목적은 초등예비교사들이 ‘계절의 변화 원인’ 단원의 교수활동에 필요한 선수개념 습득 수준 을 알아보고, 그에 따른 효율적인 지도 방법을 제시하 고자 하였다. 초등예비교사들이 ‘계절의 변화 원인’ 단 원에 대해 교수활동을 할 때 선수개념과 교수활동에 대한 인식은 어떠한가?’에 대해 설문하였고, ‘계절의 변화 원인’ 단원 수업 후 초등예비교사들의 성찰 소감 문을 작성하였다. 이러한 설문에 조사한 결과를 언어 분석법(NetMiner Tool)으로 알아보았다. 본 연구는 2024년 3월 1일부터 6월 14일 기간 동안에 설문을 실 시하였다. 본 실험처치 대상자는 ‘초등과학 교재연구 1’의 강좌를 수강하고 있는 초등예비교사의 4개 심화 과정 100명을 대상으로 하였다. 초등예비교사들은 4인 1조 모둠별로 수업을 시연하였다. 이에 대한 연구 결 론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등예비교사들은 ‘계절의 변 화 원인’ 단원을 교수하는데 있어 ‘지구의, 계절 변화 의 원인, 지구’ 등의 용어를 중요한 개념으로 여기고 있으며, 이들 용어에 대해서는 관심이 높은 것으로 해 석된다. 초등예비교사들은 ‘관찰자, 낮의 길이, 밤’ 등 의 용어는 모두 낮은 수치를 나타내고 있어 중요한 용 어임에도 불구하고 선수학습 개념으로 인식하고 있지 않았다. 둘째, 초등예비교사들은 ‘계절의 변화 원인’ 단원에 대해서 선수학습 개념 습득을 매우 중요하게 생각하고 있었다. 초등예비교사들은 ‘계절의 변화 원 인’ 단원 교수를 위해서 체계적이고 순차적인 개념 습 득이 필요할 것으로 보아진다. 셋째, 초등예비교사들 이 교수학습 활동에 대한 어려움을 해결하기 위해 천 문학을 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 시청각 자료나 시뮬레 이션을 활용하는 것, 학생들이 천문학적 현상을 직접 관찰할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 것, 초등예비교사 연 수 프로그램을 통해 교사의 전문성을 향상시키는 것 등의 다양한 접근이 필요하며 천문학을 일상생활과 연 계하여 학생들의 흥미를 유발하고, 학습 동기를 높이 는 것도 중요한 전략이다.
