The ‘Link Church’ model of Happy Church in Eunpyeonggu, Seoul, is an missional -educational project aimed at redefining the church’s relationships with the local community and between generations within the church, while overcoming missional and educational challenges. The Link Church model is based on a pastoral theology that fosters social capital and strengthens communal cohesion through an organic relationship with the local community. By analyzing the formation and development of Happy Church's Link Church model, one can discover the church's practical mission and educational mandate through the integration of community ministry and Christian education. Additionally, by applying theories of social capital and intergenerational integration, the church presents ways to strengthen the intergenerational faith community while interacting with the local society, and explores the practical applicability of this model through similar cases in the U.S. and Europe.

서울시 은평구 행복한교회의 ‘링크처치’ 모델은, 교회가 직면한 지역 사 회와의 관계, 교회 내 세대 간 관계를 재정립하며 선교적·교육적 도전 과 제를 극복하고자 하는 선교-교육 목회 프로젝트다. 링크처치 모델은 지역 사회와의 유기적 관계를 통해 사회적 자본을 창출하고 공동체 결속을 강화 하는 목회 신학을 기반으로 한다. 행복한교회의 링크처치 모델 형성과 발 전 과정을 분석해보면, 마을 목회와 기독교교육의 융합을 통해 교회의 실 천적 선교와 교육적 사명을 발견할 수 있다. 또한, 사회적 자본 이론과 세 대 통합 이론을 적용해 교회가 지역 사회와 상호작용하며 세대 간 신앙 공 동체를 강화하는 방안을 제시하며, 해외 유사 사례를 통해 실천적 적용 가 능성을 확장할 수 있다.
