This study conducted a systematic review to identify the nursing activities of oncology advanced practice nurse and determine their effectiveness. A total of 641 articles were retrieved through CINAHL, Medline, DBpia, KISS, and RISS, and five articles were included in the final analysis. The nursing interventions provided by oncology advanced practice nurse included telephone contact, patient assessment, advice, answering questions, patient assessment, defining disease-related symptoms, and home visits. The results showed that the nursing interventions reduced anxiety and depression, improved quality of life, satisfaction with nursing care, and reduced medical costs. The results of this study are expected to be used as a basis for the role and work of oncology advanced practice nurse in Korea.

본 연구는 종양전문간호사의 간호활동을 확인하고 그 효과를 확인하기 위하여 체계적 문헌고찰을 실시하였다. CINAHL, Medline, DBpia, KISS, RISS를 통해 논문을 검색한 결과 총 641편의 논문이 검색되었으며, 최종 5편의 논문이 최종 분석에 포함되었다. 종양전문간호사가 제공하는 간호중재는 전화를 통한 연락, 환자 진단, 조언, 질문 응대, 환자 사정, 질병과 관련된 증상 정의, 가정 방문 간호가 있었다. 간호중재 효과를 살펴본 결과 불안, 우울이 감소하고, 삶의 질, 간호에 대 한 만족도가 높았으며, 의료비용이 감소하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과가 추후 국내 종양전문간호사의 역할 및 업무를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것을 기대한다.
